My sister strange “IT” habit

She has some strange “IT” habits which are about using her PC (personal computer).

Firstly, when she would like to buy some PC, she took me to go to IT City shop with her. And she made me wonder about their purchasing behavior why she didn’t buy the PC set that the shop provided for the customers, she bought just only a monitor, but she ordered or customized for other accessories (CPU, mouse, headset, Joy games, keyboard, etc.).

After that, I found the reason why she did it like that , the reason is she like to play games so much , and she said that the normal CPU is not good enough to make her get the professional gamer performance.

Secondly, she always worry about her PC, when I plug-in my flashdrive to her PC, I found that she has more than five scanning virus program to protect all viruses from other devices. She said that if her PC get virus, it will be hard to get some maintenance because her PC is customized.

Thirdly, her keyboard is light set up with various colors. She said that these light can also increase her gaming performance.

Those habits are quite strange before, but now I understand her. It’s just like her special hobby or to do the things that she loves to do.

My University life cycle

For me, I thought that my university life can be compared as similar as the product life cycle which is included Introduction, Growth, Maturity, and Decline.

Introduction

In this stage, I was just graduated from high school. When I decided to study at ABAC ( year 2013), I had to get the Intensive courses which are English (120 hours) and Mathematics (60 hours). After that Intensive courses, I got English1 and Math for business in order to study these course in first year and first semester. Moreover, I need to join ABAC first orientation in order to know more about studying in this university.

Growth

In this stage, since first year to second year, I studied a lot of general courses and joined many activities sometimes. For example, to join in Dmed club which is about Dhama activities, to join tennis club which is learning how to play tennis as well, to do CSR which are the ethical activities that I need to do along with studying, to join First orientation of management major, and to join management camp which is to build good relationship among all management major’s members. So, this stage is the important stage that I can seek more knowledge and experience in the university life.

Maturity

In this stage, I was in third year, I was still studying but didn’t join the activities as much as first and second year. And it made me know which subjects I can do well and which subjects I cannot. Then I can improve and know the way how to study and get good grade in each subject that mean I can get better result than the previous two years.

Decline

As you know in the product life cycle, this stage get low profit or may be drop this production. But I compare this stage with my final semester because every courses that I have studied, get done and university’s life is finished which is not a bad situation as product life cycle. Conversely, it’s my opportunity to start to get a job experience or start a new life’s journey.

She does many businesses such as restaurant  and agent of Mittare insurance company.

She gets some work experience about using cloud computing with Mittare insurance company.

She can access the company’s website and log in Mittare application for an agent easily by her mobile phone to do and check many things.

First of all, she can know how to do when she wants to start this business with Mittare insurance company.

Secondly, she can know a lot of news feeds, the insurance product and also the promotions to advise her customers.

Thirdly, she can key the car premium online immediately by using her tablet or laptop, and then the company will know the details of customers’ car which is made the insurance with us.

Fourthly, she can know the list of mittare office branches easily and then contact with her/him to transfer the customers’ information because some of the customers are too far or different province from her.

Moreover, Mittare Company has the web mail system for contacting within the company between employee and agent, between agent and agent,etc.

An intangible asset is an asset that lacks physical substance (unlike physical assets such as machinery and buildings) and usually is very hard to evaluate. It includes patents, copyrights, franchises, goodwills, trademarks, trade names, the general interpretation also includes software and other intangible computer based assets.

Thanrada Pheugsomon ( P’ Mewkie) has many duties to do both job and studying, but she can manage it well and efficiently by using some intangible asset management.

First of all, she is a senior student of food science at King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok. She can know her class schedule, the registration system, department’s news feed, and course material by using phone to login and access the University’s website.

Secondly, she is the tutor at the TUTOR station who teach Mathematics to primary school students. She teach all her course with face to face communication which is easier than video records because it can make these children understand the lesson easily.

  Thirdly, she is MC/Pretty/model in a part time and she can work in 2 languages fluently both Thai and English. She always do this job with an efficient performance because she never miss all her events because she plan her events in mobile application and let it notify or remind her in nearly or one day before an event’s day.

                                                                       
 

Moreover, she do fashion business online by using Instagram application to post all her products to let the customers look around her shop and buy her product easily.

                                  

And she use Krungsri bank application in mobile phone to do online transaction with her customers.

So, we can do many duties well , if we have some good intangible management.

My New Year Trip 2017

My New Year Trip 2017

  New Year's celebrations is one of the most popular occasions when people want to celebrate with their family, friends or lover.For me, I'm always celebrate New Year with my family in almost every years.
  
                       



  There are four steps to make our Nice New Year Trip...

       1. Pick a destination & Pick a date

Since my family’s hometown is Ratchaburi province. So, we try to find the place where is quite near my hometown to reduce the driving time. Finally, we made the decision to go to some beach in Prachuap Kirikhan province where we spent around 4 hours for driving. Moreover, we made the decision to go there for two days with one night. (December,31^th ,2016 and January,1^th ,2017)

2. Booking online

We decided to stay at Hatwanakon National Park where is in Prachuap Kirikhan province for one night.

3. Let’s go

There are many place where we went in Prachuap Kirikhan province and many activities that we did. First Day, we went to Hatwanakon National Park to take a rest, had dinner on the beach and lived at the home stay for one night. We counted down to year 2017 at that home stay. Second day, we woke up very early to see the sun set on the beach which is very nice landscape. After that in the afternoon, we checked out and went to Kao Takiab beach to have lunch. We found that most visitors who travel in Kao Takiab are foreigners. So, the food price is quite more expensive than other beaches around there. Next place , we went to Huahin beach where is in front of Hilton hotel to get relax and a nice view. We also had dinner there. And the last place is Chatsila night market where has a lot of sea food, souvenirs, local beach clothes, etc. And then we went to home.

4. Evaluation

After the trip was finished, we need to evaluate or discuss the place where we traveled and stayed because it can make our next trip become better. And the result that we discussed or evaluated is as the following…

·     Since, the home stay is around the forest. So, In the home has some small insects which are bother us.

·     Since, along the high way road to Prachuap Kirikhan province is quite a dark way and it has a few fuel station around there. So, in the next time we need to prepare refilling some fuel at the station near Prachuap Kirikhan province in order to resolve the out of fuel along the road.
